REFUNDS : All items are non-refundable unless items are delivered damaged or you have  received the wrong item. If any of these apply, please contact cianscanvas@gmail.com with a detailed description, receipt and 2 clear photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

 

Once confirmed we will ship out a new item for you to replace the edition free of cost. In the event we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund for recieving a damaged or incorrect item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer any refunds for buyer's remorse or offer any product exchanges, refunds are only applicable for customers that have received incorrect or damaged items.

RETURNS : To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, to start a return contact cianscanvas@gmail.com if applicable and eligible we will send you instructions on how and where to return your item to. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs and they are non-refundable.

Items that have been sent back to us without first requesting or in contact will not be accepted. Unless you receive a wrong or damaged item, the customer will be responsible for shipping the return aswell as any shipping costs.

COMMISSIONS : In the event a customer orders a bespoke commission or personalized product, returns are not accepted except in the rare case the product has been damaged in transit.
