SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for purchasing with cianscanvas.com! We would like to ensure you are satisfied with your experience and orders, please read shipping policy to understand your rights.
SHIPPING : We work with a print-on demand fulfilment company that will print and ship your order straight to you to reduce waste.
We offer worldwide shipping - shipping times do not include standard processing time.
Standard processing time for orders usually takes 2 - 7 days to fulfil an order, after this is when your order will be shipped out and despatched.
Your shipping time usually depends on where you are located below are estimated timings.
UK : 2 - 3 business days.
USA : 3 - 4 business days.
Europe : 6 - 8 business days.
International : 5 - 15 business days.
Please allow up to 6 - 13 business days for shipping and delivery before contacting us, to ensure that your package is delivered and received within the time we advertise please make sure you enter your full correct address. We do not take any responsibility for any incorrect information you provide us.
Please note that on occasion delays can occur due to high demand or during holidays ( Christmas , Black Friday etc ) we apologise in advance and recommend purchases to be made earlier to avoid any delays in these seasons.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email as well as a tracking number to track your parcel and delivery.
FAILED TO DELIVER : If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your item because of a wrong address or an unclaimed package, your shipment will get sent straight back to us. If you have not received your item please get in contact with us within 28 days and we will reship your delivery. Any reshipment fees will be the customer's responsibility, shipping fees are non-refundable.
LOST ITEMS : Please understand any order's that have been dispatched from our stores and have been given to the shipping courier are now out of our control, it is now the customer's responsibility to follow up with their order. However, if there is something wrong with your package we can try to contact the courier to figure out the status of your order.
If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please do the following before contacting us :
- Check your shipping information for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they might have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package was not at the post office or at the neighbour's contact us at cianscanvas@gmail.com with your order number.
DAMAGED ITEMS : In the rare case that any packages become damaged due to shipping or during transit please contact us with a detailed description and 2 clear images of the damages or issues. Customer's will be responsible for shipping the package back to us as well as shipping fees.
