All content on our website including all artwork remain the sole property of CiansCanvas including after purchase, this includes the purchases of prints, originals, commissions as well as any current or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item is not eligible or grants customer permission to make the piece into an NFT, print or distribute/reproduce in any form especially for profit benefits.
Customers and collectors must not reproduce any artworks without written permission or consent from the artist. The posting of artwork on social media that has been purchased from CiansCanvas is always welcome and is consented by CiansCanvas.
2. ONLINE STORE TERMS :
By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this website.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purposes neither may you, in the use of service violate any laws in your jurisdiction ( including but not limited to copyright laws). Also you may not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
